RETURN AND EXCHANGE RULES
All products on our site are second-hand/vintage products and there is only one of each product. Therefore, although returns are not possible, you can exchange clothing products.
For replacement, we kindly ask you to report the problem you are experiencing to nihanozoktenn@gmail.com within 3 days after you receive the product. Change requests exceeding this period are not accepted.
No refunds or exchanges can be made on luxury brand products and accessories.
The product's invoice, box, packaging and standard accessories, if any, must be complete and undamaged in the package you send to us. Exchange of products whose original packaging is damaged, destroyed or damaged in any way due to use is not accepted.
Note: Shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
